​We typically apply adhesive to customer-supplied vinyl but can also provide material upon request. The adhesive used is thermoset and activated by heat, forming a strong bond ideal for forming applications.

Adhesive Specifications:

• Type: Thermoplastic, heat-activated adhesive

• Thickness: 1 to 3 mil

• Activation: Thermoset process (requires heat and pressure)

Our adhesive can be applied to a wide range of substrates, including:

• Rigid vinyl

• Flexible vinyl

• High-gloss vinyl

• Kydex and similar thermoplastics

Glue Width Options:

​

• Standard width: 52 inches

• Other widths available: 50 inches and 54.5 inches (on request)

Minimum Order Requirements:

​

• Standard minimum: 200 linear yards per roll

• Exceptions: Rolls under 200 LY may be accepted by request
