INTRODUCING....

LPL-1 (Low Pressure Laminates) Vinyl/Paper Laminates
for Cabinet Liners

We have a our new development program to offer LPL (Low Pressure Laminates), which is Thermoformable Vinyls backed with Phenolic paper. It is designed to replace High Pressure Laminates where color-match is a problem. Of course, it will perfectly match the thermoformed doors in all lighting conditions (No Metamerism) and the same gloss as well as texture.

The bond and lay-flat on these are excellent. Our initial lab tests shows heat resistance in excess of 250 degrees F and we are conducting additional Nema/KCMA tests as appropriate for the intended end uses.

Price is always important. With customer supplied vinyl, we expect to be in $0.50 per square foot range, which covers our paper, glue, sheeting, packaging, handling and shipping out 57” x 8 feet sheets. All freight costs in/out are F.O.B. our plant in Ivyland, PA. Minimum orders may be a dozen sheets, if we have developed a stocking program, either with end-users or manufactures of thermofoils.
